Industries

Every agent has a website. Few have a system.

Real estate marketing has a brutal truth: the lead that isn't answered in minutes calls the next agent. Standing out takes more than a headshot and an MLS feed — it takes a recognizable personal brand, genuine neighbourhood authority, and follow-up machinery that never sleeps.

We work with agents and brokerages on that full system: a personal brand site that doesn't look like every other template, neighbourhood-level content that earns local searches, TRESA-compliant advertising, and automated follow-up that responds to every inquiry instantly — so you're first even when you're showing a house.

Real Estate Agents & Brokerages in practice

We speak real estate

  • TRESA advertising rules: brokerage identification and compliant ad formats handled from the start
  • Listing and MLS/IDX integration — your inventory on your site, within the data rules
  • Meta's housing ad category: special targeting restrictions on real estate ads, navigated correctly
  • Seasonality and speed: campaigns tuned to market rhythm, follow-up tuned to minutes

The agent package

How an agent website project runs

  1. 1

    Discovery call

The areas you farm, the clients you want and how leads reach you today. You get a fixed quote in writing before anything starts.

  2. 2

    Brand and content

Your story, your photos and the neighbourhoods you know. We turn them into a site that looks like you, not like every other agent's template.

  3. 3

    Design, build, review

A mobile-first site built on a staging address, with listings and lead capture wired in. You approve the real site before it goes live.

  4. 4

    Launch and follow-up

We launch, test every form and set up the instant response to new inquiries, so a lead hears back while you are showing a house.

What an agent's own website includes

A site of your own is the one asset that stays with you. It is built to make you recognizable and to capture the lead:

  • A personal-brand home page: who you are, where you work, how to reach you
  • A page for each neighbourhood you farm, written with real local knowledge
  • Your listings on your own site through MLS/IDX integration, within the data rules
  • Lead capture on every page: home valuation, buyer inquiry, book a call
  • Brokerage identification and ad formats that follow TRESA
  • Fast, mobile-first pages, because buyers browse on their phones

Neighbourhood pages that earn local searches

Buyers and sellers search by place. A page that genuinely describes a neighbourhood — the streets, the housing, the schools, what is selling — earns those searches in a way a listings feed never does, and it is the part of the site nobody can copy from you. We plan the pages around the areas you want to be known for and build them one at a time.

Leads answered in minutes

An inquiry that waits an hour has usually called another agent. Every form on the site triggers an immediate, personal-sounding response and a follow-up sequence, and you are notified at once. The site finds the lead; the follow-up keeps it.

Common questions

How much does a real estate agent website cost?

Our prices are published. A small-business website starts at $499.99 plus HST and a redesign of an existing site at $699.99; a site with listing integration and neighbourhood pages is quoted in writing before we start. Hosting and care plans start at $12.99 a month.

Can my listings appear on my own website?

Yes. Listings are brought in through MLS/IDX integration, within the board's data rules, so your inventory shows on your own site and stays current.

If I change brokerages, does the website come with me?

Yes. The site and the domain are yours. The brokerage identification is updated to the new brokerage, and everything you have built carries on.

My brokerage gives me a website. Why would I need my own?

The brokerage site brands the brokerage; your career needs an asset you keep when you move. Your own domain, your own reviews, your own neighbourhood content — that equity compounds for years and travels with you. Agents who build their own presence stop depending on floor calls and referral luck.

What are the advertising rules for agents in Ontario?

TRESA requires clear brokerage identification in advertising, accurate representations, and care with things like sold data — and Meta adds its own housing-category targeting restrictions on top. None of it prevents effective marketing; it just punishes sloppy setup. We build campaigns that pass both regulators and platforms.

Where do real estate leads actually come from online?

Referrals and repeat clients still rule — which is why the email nurture matters — but among cold channels: Google searches for neighbourhoods and "agents near me", and paid campaigns around specific listings. The portals sell you back your own market; owning your neighbourhood searches is the escape from renting leads forever.
