Wealth Management & Insurance — Ottawa & Across Canada
Advice is invisible. Your credibility can't be.
Industries
You sell something nobody can see until years later
Advisors and insurance brokers market under a constraint almost no other business has: you can't show the product, you can't promise the result, and much of what a marketer would reach for first — performance numbers, client testimonials, confident claims — is exactly what your compliance review exists to catch. So credibility has to come from everything else: how clearly you explain things, how established you look, and how consistently you show up.
That's the marketing we build. A site that makes your credentials, process, and fees legible to someone deciding whether to trust you with their family's money; content that answers the questions people search at the moments life forces the question; and a review path that means nothing goes out unapproved.
How we help advisors & insurance brokers
Credibility-first websites
Credentials, process, and who you actually serve — laid out for a prospect quietly deciding whether you're the person they call about their family's money.
Learn moreBe the clear explanation
Content answering what people genuinely search — RRSP versus TFSA, what insurance a young family needs, what happens at retirement — written to inform, not to promise.
Learn moreStay present between reviews
A client newsletter and life-event touchpoints that keep you in mind through the years when nothing needs doing — which is when advisors get forgotten.

We speak advice
- Marketing that survives compliance review: drafts your dealer, MGA, or compliance officer can approve, with claims, testimonials, and performance language kept inside the lines from the first draft
- Licensing context: FSRA licensing on the life and health insurance side, and registrant advertising rules for securities-registered advisors — designed around, not discovered at sign-off
- Client confidentiality: PIPEDA-aware forms, booking, and analytics, with no financial or health detail flowing into ad platforms
- Household economics: campaigns priced against decades of relationship and the intergenerational handoff, not a single policy or account
The advisor package
One team, one plan, one predictable engagement — everything below works together instead of being sold piecemeal.
- Advisor or brokerage website with credentials, process, and secure booking
- Content plan built on the planning questions your ideal clients search
- Client newsletter and life-event touchpoints, review-ready before they send
- Monthly reporting: inquiries, meetings booked, cost per qualified prospect

Our compliance review makes marketing slow. How do you work with that?
By writing for it from the start instead of arguing with it later. Most rejections come from a predictable handful of things — performance implications, testimonial-shaped language, guarantees, comparisons. We keep those out of the draft, structure content so approved pieces can be reused rather than re-cleared, and send you something reviewable rather than something that needs rewriting.
Can advisors realistically do content marketing under these rules?
Yes — and educational content is the one area where the rules barely bite. Explaining how a spousal RRSP works, or what changes when a term policy renews, needs no performance claim and no testimonial. It's also what people actually search, and increasingly what AI answers cite. The constrained part of your marketing is the persuasive part; the useful part is wide open.
Most of our business is referrals. Is a website really the priority?
The website is where referrals get confirmed or quietly lost. Someone handed your name checks you before they call — and finds either a clear picture of your credentials and process, or a stale page that makes them ask a second person. It doesn't generate the referral. It decides whether the referral survives contact.
