Google Ads Management in Ottawa
Paid search that pays for itself — and proves it.

Google Ads works when the math works
Paid search puts you in front of customers at the exact moment they're looking — but the auction is unforgiving. Without tight keywords, ruthless negative lists, and landing pages built to convert, budgets disappear into clicks that never become customers.
We build campaigns on real keyword economics: what a click costs, what a lead is worth, and where the profitable middle is. Tracking is wired up before a single dollar is spent, wasted spend gets cut weekly, and you get reporting in the only metric that matters — cost per customer.
What this covers
Search campaigns
Tightly themed ad groups on buying-intent keywords, with negative lists that keep budget away from job-seekers, students, and freebie hunters.
Remarketing & display
Stay in front of visitors who didn't convert the first time — reliably the cheapest conversions in most accounts.
Tracking & optimization
Conversion and call tracking from day one, weekly optimization, and plain-language reporting on what your leads actually cost.

How a new account gets launched
-
1
The numbers first
What a click costs in your market, what a lead is worth to you and how many leads you can handle. If the math does not work, we say so before you spend anything.
-
2
Tracking and landing pages
Calls, forms and bookings are tracked, and each campaign gets a page that matches what the ad promised. Nothing runs until both are in place.
-
3
A narrow start
Campaigns open on the searches most likely to buy, in the areas you serve, with a negative list that keeps the budget away from the wrong searches.
-
4
Weekly cuts, monthly report
Wasted spend is reviewed and cut every week. Every month you see leads, cost per lead and what we changed.
What Google Ads management costs with us
The fee is published: Google Ads management is $395 a month plus HST, with no long-term contract. It covers search, display and remarketing campaigns, conversion tracking set up properly, wasted spend cut, and monthly cost-per-lead reporting.
Your advertising budget is separate and billed at cost: it is paid to Google directly, on an account that belongs to you. We do not mark it up.
Google Ads in the Ottawa market
Ottawa is a market of neighbourhoods. A campaign that targets the whole city pays for clicks from people who will never drive across it. We set campaigns up around the areas you actually serve — Kanata, Stittsville, Nepean, Barrhaven, Orléans, Manotick or the whole region — and write the ads for the search, not for the brand.
For regulated professions the wording matters as much as the targeting. Health, dental, legal and financial advertisers each face their own rules, and campaigns are written to stay inside them.
Already running Google Ads?
Bring us the account. The first thing we do is look at what happened: which searches the budget actually went to, whether conversions were tracked, and where the ads sent people. Most accounts that lost money did so for a small number of findable reasons, and the review tells you whether the account is worth fixing or starting again.
Google Ads and SEO together
Ads bring leads within days; SEO builds for months and then keeps paying. They are complementary budgets. The searches that turn into customers in the ad account are the ones worth ranking for organically, so the campaign data goes straight into the SEO plan, and over time good SEO lowers how much you depend on paid clicks.
Common questions about Google Ads & PPC
How much does Google Ads management cost in Ottawa?
Our management fee is $395 a month plus HST, published on our packages page, with no long-term contract. Your ad budget is separate and paid to Google at cost on your own account.
Who owns the Google Ads account?
You do. The account is created in your name or you keep the one you have, and we work in it as a manager. If we stop working together, the account, the history and the data stay with you.
What budget do I need for Google Ads to work?
For most local service businesses, plan on roughly $1,000–$3,000 per month in ad spend to gather enough data to optimize against — below that, results get noisy and slow. If your market or margins don't support it, we'll tell you upfront and suggest where the money works harder.
How fast does Google Ads work compared to SEO?
Days, not months — that's its great strength. Ads deliver leads while SEO compounds; SEO gradually lowers your dependence on paid clicks. They're complementary budgets, not competitors, and the best-performing accounts we run sit alongside a healthy organic strategy.
We tried Google Ads before and lost money. What went wrong?
The usual culprits: broad-match keywords with no negative list, ads sent to a generic homepage instead of a matching landing page, and no conversion tracking — so nobody knew what worked. Bring us the old account; an audit of what happened is the fastest path to making it work this time.
